We all know the arguments that being vegetarian is better for the environment and for the animals — but in a carnivorous culture, it can be hard to make the change. Graham Hill has a powerful, pragmatic suggestion: Be a weekday vegetarian.
I am not a vegetarian, although I am eating a lot less meat, and more raw food, than I used to eat. I would like to become vegetarian because I believe I would be healthier. I wonder if Graham Hill’s approach will make a good next step towards my goal?
